[News] VMC admits 03 New Mediators to List of Mediators, October 2024

In October 2024, Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), a division of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), is pleased to announce the admission of 03 foreign legal experts to VMC’s List of Mediators, bringing the total of Listed Mediators to 72, including 18 of 8 different foreign nationalities. They are all experienced lawyers and leading experts regionally and internationally in ADRs in general and mediation in particular.  The new mediators are as follows:  

1. Ms. Shanti Abraham – Founder of Shanti Abraham & Associates 

2. Ms. Linda Heng Wun Hui – Co-founder, CEO of Resolution Exchange (ResoX)

3. Mr. Francis Goh – Partner, Head of International Arbitration and Mediation at Harry Elias LLP

According to the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA) Survey 2024, VMC currently is amongst the 4% of mediation institutions known and chosen to resolve disputes. VMC is fully competent in terms of facilities, resources with an ever-expanding List of Mediators, aiming to meet the growing demand for mediation — a quick and effective alternative dispute resolution method — of the business community and disputing parties both domestically and internationally.
